Where JEFIT is the better pick

  • You want a big exercise library. JEFIT lists 1,400+ exercises with HD video instructions and animations.
  • You want ready-made plans. JEFIT has a browsable library of community and pro-built plans. Apex Stacked has no library of published programs.
  • You want a social community. Follow friends and see their workouts, join groups and contests, and chat in groups. JEFIT says over 12 million people have joined.
  • You plan workouts on a computer. JEFIT has a web dashboard. Apex Stacked has no web app.
  • You wear a Wear OS watch, or use Android outside the US. Apex Stacked has no Android watch app, and on Android it is US only for now.
  • You want a muscle recovery chart, or interval timers that log sets for you.
  • You want an AI-built plan that adapts every week. JEFIT lists its Adaptive Plan as AI-powered.

Where Apex Stacked is the better pick

  • You want food in the same app as your training. Calorie and macro tracking, barcode scanning and water logging are free.
  • You get regular blood tests and want each marker's trend next to your training. Manual entry and charts are free.
  • You follow a TRT, peptide or supplement protocol and want a private log with reminders and vial tracking. The app records what you enter. It never suggests doses.
  • You want a training week built around your split, schedule, session length and the equipment at each gym, with deload weeks, and no AI. That is Apex Pro at $2.99 a month.
  • You want an AI coach that reads your training, food, sleep and labs, plus weekly and monthly reports. That is Pro + AI at $8.99 a month.
  • You want the Apple Watch app without paying. It is free on every Apex Stacked plan.
  • You would rather keep training private. There is no public feed, and competitions are friends only and score showing up, not numbers.
  • You want sleep, mood check-ins and cycle tracking alongside your lifts, on the free plan.

Good to know. Apex Stacked is dark theme only, and it is built around strength training. It logs cardio, but it is not a running tracker.

Questions

Is Apex Stacked a good JEFIT alternative?

Yes, if you want your food, sleep, bloodwork and any TRT, peptide or supplement protocol in the same app as your lifting. Apex Stacked has free workout logging, free calorie and macro tracking with barcode scanning, and free manual bloodwork entry. If you want a very large exercise and plan library, a social community, a web app or a Wear OS watch app, JEFIT is likely the better fit.

Does JEFIT track nutrition?

Nutrition tracking is not listed in JEFIT's App Store or Google Play descriptions as of October 18, 2026. JEFIT does track body weight, body fat, body measurements and progress photos. Check JEFIT's site for its current features.

Which is cheaper, JEFIT or Apex Stacked?

JEFIT lists Elite at $12.99 a month or $69.99 a year. Apex Pro is $2.99 a month or $24.99 a year, and Apex Pro + AI is $8.99 a month with a 7-day free trial. Both apps have a free plan. The plans include different features, so compare what you need. Prices are US prices as listed on October 18, 2026 and can vary by region.

Can I move my workout history from JEFIT to Apex Stacked?

Possibly. In Apex Stacked, use Import Workout to upload a CSV export from another app or paste a workout, review what was read, then save it. The importer reads general CSV files and matches columns by name. We could not confirm the steps for exporting your history from JEFIT, so check JEFIT's help center and review the import carefully before you save. Nothing changes in your JEFIT account.

Does Apex Stacked have social features like JEFIT?

Fewer. Apex Stacked has no feed, no chat and no public leaderboard. It has friends-only competitions that run 3 or 7 days and score you on showing up, not on how much you lift. JEFIT lets you follow friends and see their workouts, join groups and contests, and its recent versions add an activity feed and group chats.
