Macro & calorie tracker
A calorie and macro tracker that sits next to your training. Scan a barcode, reuse the foods you eat often, and see what's left for the day at a glance. The core logging is free, with no trial clock.
iPhone and Android.

Each card shows the plan it needs.
UPC and EAN barcodes are looked up in Open Food Facts. Products you've scanned before load from your phone first, so a repeat scan works offline. Fix a product's numbers once and the next scan of that barcode returns yours. "Add & scan again" keeps the camera open for the next item.
FreePhotograph a Nutrition Facts panel and the text is read on your phone. The photo never leaves your device. With Pro + AI, the text read from the label (not the photo) gets an extra AI check.
Apex ProType or say what you ate in plain words and get an estimate of the calories and macros. You review and correct it before it's saved, and estimated values are marked "~EST" until you edit them.
Pro + AIEvery food you log saves to your library as you logged it. Search it, edit it, or add your own. Copy a meal from one of your 14 most recent logged days.
FreeStart from a Mifflin-St Jeor estimate based on your profile, then edit any value. Lock the fields you want to keep and the rest rebalance, so calories always equal your macros.
FreeSave more than one macro and water plan and assign one to each weekday, so training days and rest days can differ.
Apex ProWhen your weight or activity no longer matches your targets, an amber banner says so and previews the new numbers. Nothing changes until you confirm.
FreeFiber is tracked alongside your macros. The goal follows your calories at 14g per 1,000 kcal until you set your own.
FreeHeart the foods you eat most for quick logging. The free plan keeps 10 favorites; Apex Pro removes the limit. Unfavorited foods still stay in your library.
Free up to 10A ring with calories left or over for the day, plus a bar for protein, carbs and fat.
FreeEverything here is on the free plan.
A good fit if you lift, want to hit a protein or calorie target, and would like your food in the same app as your training, sleep and health numbers.
Maybe not if you want to log meals by snapping a photo of your plate. Apex Stacked doesn't recognize meals from photos. It scans barcodes and nutrition labels, and with Pro + AI it estimates a meal you describe in words.

Yes, with Apex Pro. Save more than one macro and water plan and assign a plan to each weekday, so a training day and a rest day can have different targets. The free plan has one daily target.
Macro setup starts from a Mifflin-St Jeor estimate based on your profile. Every value can then be edited. Lock the fields you want to keep and the unlocked ones rebalance as you type, so calories always equal your protein, carbs and fat. If your weight or activity changes, the app shows that your targets are out of date and previews the new numbers before anything is changed.
