On iPhone, Apple Health fills in weight, body fat, lean mass, steps, HRV and sleep. On Android, Health Connect does the same. Both are read-only: the app never writes back.
Because everything lives in one app, the coach doesn't need you to repeat yourself. These features need Apex Pro + AI.
Ask in plain language and get answers based on your own training, food, sleep, check-ins, protocols, bloodwork and plan. AI coach
Pro + AIA summary with top wins and watch-outs, then sections for training, body metrics, nutrition, wellbeing, cycle, protocols, bloodwork and patterns across them. Generated when you ask, never automatically.
Pro + AI15 separate toggles control what a report may read. An excluded area is named in the report rather than quietly missing, so the AI doesn't guess.
Your choiceThe AI features include generous monthly limits for personal use. Every report says it is informational only and not medical advice.
Start free with no card and no trial clock. Add a plan only if you want one. Full details on pricing.
Putting all of your health data in one place only works if that place is private.
Everything you log lives in an encrypted database on your device. There is no advertising and no third-party tracking.
Nothing goes to the AI provider until you agree. Apple Health, bloodwork, nutrition and cycle sharing are each a separate choice, off until you turn them on.
Before a lab report is scanned, the app blacks out your name, date of birth, ID numbers and address on your device where it finds them.
Encrypted iCloud backup on iPhone, plus export and restore from a file on both platforms. A backup exported on iPhone imports on Android.
Optional Face ID, fingerprint or passcode to open the app, and a separate lock on progress photos that is on by default.
Delete your account and data from Settings to erase it from your device, your iCloud backup and our servers.

A good fit if you lift, watch your food, care about sleep and recovery, get labs done or run a protocol, and you're tired of keeping it all in separate apps that never talk to each other.
Maybe not if you only want one simple gym log or one food diary. A single-purpose app may suit you better, though you can switch off the Health sections you don't use. The app is dark theme only, iPad and other tablets aren't supported on iOS, and it doesn't measure sleep or heart rate itself.
Yes. Apex Stacked keeps workout logging, food and water, sleep and recovery, body metrics and measurements, bloodwork, protocol logs, cycle tracking and friendly competitions in one app on iPhone and Android, with a companion Apple Watch app. Your home screen shows what you have and haven't logged today.

No. You can log hours and quality yourself, and if you connect Apple Health or Health Connect the app reads sleep stages, efficiency, HRV and resting heart rate recorded by your watch or other wearable. The app reads that data and never writes anything back.
Yes. You can log a TRT, peptide or supplement protocol with its schedule, start and end dates, reminders and a calendar of doses you logged, next to your training and bloodwork. The free plan keeps 1 active protocol. The app is a log only. It does not recommend what to take or how much.
Only what you allow. The AI features are off until you agree to them, and Apple Health, bloodwork, nutrition and cycle each have their own sharing switch. Weekly and monthly reports have 15 separate toggles for what they may read, and anything you exclude is named in the report instead of silently missing. The AI features need Apex Pro + AI.
On your phone, in an encrypted database. What you log leaves your device only for features you turn on, such as the AI features, Friends and Competitions, or an encrypted iCloud backup on iPhone. There is no advertising and no third-party tracking.
