Apex Pro subscription
Apex Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription that unlocks the AI features (workout generation, insights, coaching, and bloodwork explanations). Billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple, not by us.
- View or cancel: on your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Apex Pro, then choose Cancel. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Restore a purchase: on a new device or after reinstalling, tap Restore Purchases on the Apex Pro screen in the app.
- Refunds: purchases are processed by Apple, so refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong, email us and we'll help.
Your account & data
Apex Stacked is on-device-first — the data you log lives in a private database on your phone. You're in full control of it.
- Delete your account and data: in the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. This removes your server records, wipes the on-device database, and deletes your iCloud backup.
- Export: you can export your logged data from the app to share it via the iOS share sheet.
Friends & competitions
- How do I add a friend? Turn on Friends & Competitions, claim your handle, then add friends by entering their handle. They'll get a request to accept.
- How does a competition work? A competition (in this first version, a "Workout consistency" competition) runs over the same set of days for everyone in it. You earn a point simply by completing that day's tracked item — in this version, completing a workout. There are no targets or goals.
- How do ties work? Whoever completed the most full days ranks higher. If it's still an exact tie, the tied participants share the same rank.
- Which device counts my score? Scores are tracked on one device per account, so log on the device you use day to day.
- Sign out vs. Disable vs. Delete account: Sign out just signs you out on that device — your account and competitions are unchanged. Turn off Friends & Competitions (Disable) stops sharing and withdraws you from active competitions, but keeps your account so you can turn it back on later. Delete account permanently removes your account and data as described in our Privacy Policy.
- My last day didn't count. Open (or sync) the app within a couple of hours after a competition's last day so your final day is counted.
- How do I block or report someone? Open their profile from your friends list or a competition and choose Block or Report. Blocking hides your identities from each other in any shared competition.
- Where do I see results? Competition results appear when you open the app after the competition ends.
Apple Health
If you connect Apple Health, Apex Stacked reads weight, body composition, steps, HRV, and sleep with your permission to fill in your trends. That data stays on your device and is excluded from your iCloud backup. You can revoke access anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Apex Stacked.
Report a bug or send feedback
You can send feedback and bug reports straight from the app, or email hello@apexstacked.com with your device model and iOS version so we can reproduce the issue.
