By using Apex Stacked you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Not medical advice

Apex Stacked is an educational and fitness tool. Content about training, nutrition, supplements, peptides, and hormone therapy (TRT) is general information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, medications, or supplementation.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.

Assumption of risk

Physical training carries inherent risks. You use generated workouts and any guidance at your own risk and are responsible for training safely within your ability and any medical guidance you've received.

AI-generated content

Some features use AI to generate plans and responses. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Use judgment and professional guidance; do not rely on it as a sole source of truth.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data you enter. You're responsible for what you submit, including bug reports.

If you use Friends & Competitions, choose a handle that does not impersonate, harass, or offend; we may reset a handle or remove access for violations. Competition figures are self-reported from each person's own logging and are not independently verified. The feature is for friendly competition only — there are no prizes and no wagering.

Apex Pro subscription

Most of Apex Stacked is free. Logging workouts, sets, reps and weights, the exercise library, your history and personal records, body metrics, daily health logging, Apple Health sync, and viewing reports you have already generated all work without any purchase.

Apex Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the AI-powered features: AI workout and week generation, the AI training coach, weekly and monthly insights reports, and AI explanations of bloodwork markers.

The current price and any introductory offer are shown in the app before you buy and are set in the App Store for your region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings — deleting the app does not cancel it.

Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We cannot issue refunds; refund requests go to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.

If we change the subscription price, Apple will notify you in advance and, where Apple requires it, ask for your agreement before the new price applies to you. You can always cancel instead.

Fair use of AI features

The AI features cost us money each time they run, so Apex Pro includes a generous monthly allowance rather than unlimited use. The allowance is sized so that ordinary personal use — generating your workouts, planning your weeks, talking to the coach, running your reports — stays comfortably within it. Most subscribers will never reach it.

If you do reach the allowance, the AI features pause until it resets at the start of the next calendar month. Everything else in the app, including all of your data and every free feature listed above, keeps working normally. We will tell you in the app when this happens.

Apex Pro is licensed for your own personal use. You may not share an account, resell access, or use automated tools to drive the AI features. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for use of that kind, and for use that is abusive or that threatens the reliability of the service for other subscribers.

We may adjust the allowance, and we may change how AI features work, which underlying models they use, or retire a feature. Where a change would materially reduce what an active subscription provides, we will give reasonable notice in the app or by email so you can cancel before your next renewal if you would rather not continue.

Availability

The AI features depend on services we do not control and may be unavailable during maintenance, an outage, or a period of unusually high demand. We aim to keep this brief, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and temporary unavailability is not by itself grounds for a refund.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
